In Balance

Fantastic weekend: In Balance

Mind
Thoughts inclusive of past, present, and future with an attitude of reflection, learning, and action.
Within the mind was spread an environment of focus, steadfastness, determination, patience, and peace.
Joy was found in the smallest and simplest of moments.
Gratitude was realized, shared, expressed as the heart was warmed and the eyes let off its radiance.

Body
Balance achieved in body flow.
Strength felt in body pump.
95lbs Bench Press
Speed and endurance to come with time and effort.
Thai salad was really yummy on Sat night.

Soul
Uplifted by the tranquility zone -- found peace within.
A spirit soared, a prayer sung out.
Was able to place on tests the most positive spin.
Excited for another Junior Youth Group on Friday -- the plans stir my soul.

Body: Workout #3

Reflection: Having not been at Body Pump in 3 weeks, weight selection was quite low today -- hoping to get weight selection back up to usual by end of month. It didn't help that it was also a new release -- I'm sure I'll be quite sore tomorrow.

Reflection: Tough day -- felt very unfit having not worked out in exactly 2 weeks. Saw considerable set-back in speed, endurance, and strength. Confident that the ability will improve rapidly over the next few weeks.
