- Morning: Some People Take Smoke Breaks, I take Walk & Contemplate Breaks outside
- Afternoon: Employees Are Also Like Your Trusted Friends -- Enjoy Building a Working and Personal Relationship With Them and Value Them As Friends.
- Evening: 5-Minute Meditation
