Healthy Habits - Day 10

Day 10

Fitness
  • Morning: Mixture of Bicycle Crunches, Sit-Ups, Crunches & 50 Push-Ups 
  • Evening: 2 Sets of 30 Sit-Ups w/ 4 Sets of 15 Push-Ups, 2 Sets of 20 Sit-Ups w/ 4 Sets of 10 Push-Ups
Food Log
  • Breakfast: Two Paleo Egg Muffins
  • Snack: Cheddar Popcorn
  • Lunch: Spinach Salad with Blueberries and Feta, Chicken Sandwich
  • Dinner: Quinoa - Southwestern Style w/ Chicken Sausage, Black Beans, Spinach, Bell Peppers, Onions, and Mushrooms
Tomorrow, I commit myself to two meditations -- one mid-day. Deep breaths and embrace the sun!
