Healthy Habits - Day 7

I was able to complete all 100 Sit-Ups and Push-Ups again this morning.

Day 7

Fitness
  • Morning: 2 Sets of 30 Sit-Ups w/ 6 Sets of 10 Push-Ups, 2 Sets of 20 Sit-Ups w/ 2 Sets of 20 Push-Ups
Mindfulness
Day 8 will be a much better day.
